Shipping policy

-    Ready to ship orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
-    Pre orders are processed within 5 days of the completion of your piece. The estimated completion date
is listed on the product page.
-    Custom orders are each unique. The timeline will be discussed during your initial consultation, normally ships within 5 to 10 business days.
-    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
-    If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at fire@will-lde.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
-    Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
